Guest Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your booking and stay at Hotel Swisston Palace. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Agreement
By making a reservation, checking in, or using any services provided by Hotel Swisston Palace ("the Hotel"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws of India. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Guest") and the Hotel.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
2. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation
Your reservation is a contract for accommodation. Specific rates, cancellation policies, and required deposits are detailed at the time of booking.
- **Check-in Requirements:** Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Passport, Aadhar Card) and booking confirmation upon arrival. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
- **Guaranteed Booking:** Reservations are guaranteed only upon full prepayment or provision of a valid credit card guarantee.
- **Cancellation Policy:** Cancellation terms are strictly enforced based on the rate booked (e.g., Non-Refundable rates, or Free Cancellation deadlines). No-shows will be charged the full stay.
- **Incidental Charges:** A credit card pre-authorization or security deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidental charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, damages).
3. Hotel Rules and Guest Conduct
To ensure comfort and safety for all guests, we require adherence to the following rules:
Check-in/Check-out
Standard check-in is **1:00 PM**. Standard check-out is **11:00 AM**. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Limitation of Liability and Damages
The Hotel's liability is limited as defined by applicable Indian law.
The Hotel is **not liable** for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings or vehicles not secured in designated hotel areas.
- Loss of cash or valuables not deposited in the room safe or Hotel lockers.
- Any injury, loss, or damage caused by the Guest's failure to follow safety guidelines or hotel rules.
The Guest is responsible for any damage caused to the room, hotel property, or furnishings by the Guest or their visitors, and the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the Guest's account.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in **New Delhi, India**.
6. Amendments to Terms
The Hotel reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify guests of major changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
